    I bought the plugin but it didn't work. I emailed support more than 3 days ago but no reply.
    I also purchased the OTO which was delivered 2 weeks late and was probably the biggest load of BS that I have ever bought.
    I have requested refunds for both but I am not holding my breathe.

    The next step, which I will do tomorrow is open a Paypal dispute
